Job Description:
As a Web developer, you are responsible to design, create and modify Websites by using a variety of programming languages. You should analyze users’ business needs to implement content, graphics, performance, and Web site capacity. You are also responsible for integrating Websites with other computer applications. You may also be responsible for creating performance monitoring features so Website Owners can track the amount of traffic their website receives over time.
Job Duties:
• Develop, write, modify, integrate, and test Web site related code and Web application interfaces.
• Build and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs.
• Conduct tests and analyze data to monitor quality, security, user interface experiences and to identify areas for improvement.
• Working closely with other Web Developers, Graphic Designers, and Programmers to create websites that fulfill both the technical and design needs of the clients.
• Develop and implement procedures for ongoing Web site revision.
• Provide continued support for one or more web properties.
• Monitor and maintain Web site functionality.
• Maintain communication with team members and supervisors concerning the direction of the website.
• Involve in Website architecture and design in collaboration with designers, developers, QAs, or clients.
• Code and script applications and update them periodically to meet new designs or security standards.
• Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.
• Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products.

Qualifications:
No prior IT experience is required.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Frameworks and Defect Life Cycle Process.
Experience or Knowledge on Agile/Scrum methodology.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or Software Engineering or related fields.
